• Identify, attract, and recruit top IT talent for the organization. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. • Build relationships with IT leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts. • Develop and implement effective recruitment processes and strategies for positive candidate experience. • Establish strong pipeline of diverse IT talent and reduce time-to-hire. • Monitor recruitment metrics and implement improvements to processes and tools.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT specialized recruiter with deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex IT positions. • 2+ years of managing and mentoring a team of junior recruiters and providing guidance and support as needed. Should be able to delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources • Project management experience is desirable - the ability to plan, organize, and execute recruitment projects and initiatives. • Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside an agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics, and use that data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts • A detail-oriented self-starter, an exceptional listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written). • A highly organized person that has hand-on attitude that is always looking to resolve issues • A positive team player with a proven ability to motivate and lead their team.
