Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive MKT talent acquisition strategy. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior complex MKT positions. • Manage TA Team MKT Cluster. • Build relationships with MKT leaders and hiring managers. • Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies. • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners. • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics. • Collaborate with HR business partners and MKT leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an MKT specialized recruiter with deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex MKT positions. • 2+ years of managing and mentoring a team of junior recruiters and providing guidance and support as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources. • Project management experience is desirable - the ability to plan, organize, and execute recruitment projects and initiatives. • Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside an agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics, and use that data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts. • A detail-oriented self-starter, an exceptional listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written). • A highly organized person that has a hands-on attitude that is always looking to resolve issues. • A positive team player with a proven ability to motivate and lead their team.
