📋 Description

• This position is primarily responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, screening them to see if they meet office criteria, gathering the information required for a Social Security application, and ensuring representation paperwork is signed and returned to the office. • The scheduled hours are M-F 8am - 5pm MST.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must be familiar and competent with standard office equipment including work computer, and word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. • Must have the ability to work independently and balance task responsibilities in a customer service setting. • Must have a reliable internet connection where the computer can be directly connected to the internet router. • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, and sometimes challenging, individuals and respond calmly and efficiently to situations ranging from routine to urgent. • Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once and to work positively and effectively within a team and as self-directed. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Minimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 Upload.
