β€’ Analyze & Discover: Mine Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data to uncover conversion trends and identify areas to optimize performance. β€’ Strategize & Recommend: Turn insights into action plans, recommending strategies to enhance lead flow, funnel efficiency, and customer engagement. β€’ Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align campaigns with data-driven goals. β€’ Diagnose & Solve: Pinpoint inefficiencies or gaps in the customer journey and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. β€’ Track & Report: Develop clear, concise reports that outline findings, opportunities, and the impact of implemented strategies.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in a data-driven marketing or optimization role (e.g., Conversion Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar) β€’ Preferred knowledge of MAPs (e.g., Pardot), and CRM (Salesforce) β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights β€’ Understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and customer journey mapping β€’ Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders β€’ A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement
