Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer finance experience, particularly auto finance. Legal degree or CRCM certification a plus • Excellent research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft grammatically precise, concise, and accurate policy documents • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines and frequent interruptions • Demonstrated leadership and independence in managing projects, with the capacity to mentor and guide colleagues • Demonstrated historical career stability
