Description

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for payments • Prioritize features and product innovations based on business objectives • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams • Optimize end-to-end payment experience for users • Leverage data analytics to track product performance • Ensure payment gateway complies with regulatory and security standards • Identify potential risks in the payment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce • Proven experience with payment gateway systems, payment processing, acquiring and issuing, and card brands • Familiarity with API-driven platforms and third-party integrations in the payments space • Experience with payment facilitation model and acquiring services • Strong understanding of payment protocols (e.g., PCI DSS, 3DS, SCA, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Aha! or similar platforms • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with acquiring platforms such as Global, Worldpay, FISERV, etc. • Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as alternative payments and digital wallets • Technical background in software development, APIs, and system architecture • Experience with Higher Education a plus.
