• Direct the day-to-day AML operations of the compliance department. • Analyze, review, and investigate AML issues and alerts, documenting and reporting in accordance with firm policy and state and federal regulations. • Establish and maintain departmental AML policies and procedures. • Review and analyze AML reports and alerts. • Oversee TFA's Customer Identification Program (CIP). • Manage a Senior Compliance Analyst, providing ongoing training, support, and performance feedback. • Conduct complex AML investigations, monitor and investigate suspicious activities and transactions. • Assist in evaluating overall AML Risk factors. • Work across the organization to ensure a comprehensive approach to and understanding of AML compliance. • Monitor for and assist in analyzing the impact of regulatory changes related to AML. • Develop and provide training to internal staff and external financial professionals to ensure awareness and compliance with firm policy and regulatory guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, political science, pre-law, paralegal or other relevant area. • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, specifically with 2 years of experience in both the securities industry and AML. • FINRA Series 6 license required or obtained within 6 months of employment. • At least 1-year of managerial experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Advanced analytical skills, interpretive, organizational and negotiation skills.
