• Hitachi Energy offers power and automation products • Seeking an ESG Regulatory & Product Material Compliance Counsel • Support corporate ESG & Product Regulatory Compliance roadmap • Monitor and advise on ESG and Product Material Compliance regulations • Coordinate with business and functional stakeholders • Provide guidance and training on ESG regulations • Manage implementation of corporate regulations and standards

Requirements

• Legal degree from an accredited law school; bar admission desirable • Minimum of 5 years' experience inhouse or in a law firm • Focus on ESG regulations and workable knowledge in Chemistry, Materials or Engineering a great plus • Excellent communication skill on all managerial and executive levels in a complex matrix organization • Ability to work and report remotely, open minded and dynamic attitude to changes; intercultural sensitivity • Experience in project and external resource management • Pro-active, outgoing, and self-driven personality, creative thinker, hands-on and problem-solving mentality • Willingness to develop the role and scope considering evolving regulatory environment • Local language, fluent English, other languages an asset • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
