• Are you passionate about consumer protection and helping companies comply with important laws and regulations? • Join our compliance team and help ensure partners obey advertisers’ rules while working with best-in-class technology. • Task management, ensuring that all open issues are kept properly documented, updated, and moved expeditiously to resolution. • Monitor, action, and report on enforcement activities of advertiser client insertion order terms. • Collaborate with internal departments, keeping the best interest of client and impact.com in mind. • Act as compliance, client-facing point of contact for advertiser client and relevant agencies. • Identify, document, and track product issues and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate performance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and support, ideally in a software application product environment • 1+ years of compliance/fraud investigations especially in the performance marketing space is a plus • Extremely detail-oriented • Ability to multitask while under pressure • Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently
