Description

• Provides analysis, design, delivery and administration of learning solutions within the organization. • Develops and supports the learning needs for large scale projects. • Responsible for the coordination of all learning programs. • Designs and develops course curriculum. • Leads monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of learning programs for the learner, business unit and the organization. • Works closely with the team to ensure programs align and contribute to the business and strategic goals. • Designs materials and resources to support strategic projects and programs. • Serves as lead support for learning technology and assists with the maintenance of all online course content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience. • Seven years of learning and development experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service and motivational skills with the ability to work on a team and independently. • Advanced documentation and technical writing skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to incorporate creative and innovative solutions in a learning environment. • Proven project management skills that include research capabilities and effective prioritization with the ability to set a clear path for a project with little or no direction. • Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate adult learning principles. • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office Applications.
