📋 Description

• Manage relationships with internal and external partners to drive referrals and sales opportunities to the Transamerica Advice Center (TAC). • Develop and deliver training programs to build awareness of TAC service offerings. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure implementation of approved TAC sales referral Initiatives. • Develop and conduct sales training to assigned groups to serve as subject matter expert and coach on programs and product features/benefits. • Cultivate referral partner’s participation and engagement through continuous knowledge sharing and feedback. • Create and deliver reports on referral activities. • Partner with internal sales associates and marketing teams to identify strategic opportunities to strengthen client relationships and increase sales growth. • Develop sales stories for target audiences. • Guide sales team on ways to close opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience • Ten years of sales/marketing experience in the financial services industry • Two years of account relationship management or external wholesaling experience • In-depth knowledge of life insurance and retirement products • FINRA Series 7/6 • FINRA Series 63/65 or 66 • Life, Accident and Health license • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Proficiency in MS Office products
