Description

•Transcarent's Sr. Director focuses on pharmacy care solutions with a consumer-first approach. •Manage roadmap and implementation for pharmacy experience focused products. •Manage end-to-end product offering, defining business requirements & market landscape. •Play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring complementary technologies. •Provide new product guidance and enhancement for all pharmacy capabilities. •Define product roadmap and requirements to meet customer needs. •Develop criteria for financial reporting tools for business management. •Develop requirements for supporting areas including Health Guide and provider management. •Collaborate closely with various partners to execute product goals.

Requirements

•10+ Years of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM, Retail Pharmacy, Health System, etc.) •Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required •Entrepreneurial and mission-driven who can present your ideas with clarity •Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and execution skills •Cross functional collaboration skills and enterprise mindset
