• This position is open to residents of New York and Texas and offers the flexibility to work from home. • Transfinder is a leading provider of transportation management and communication solutions, delivering faster, safer and smarter technology for school districts and municipal governments. • With a focus on client satisfaction, the company combines its cutting-edge solutions with award-winning customer service, fostering long-term relationships based on respect, confidence, integrity and trust. • Widely used by over 2,000 School Districts nationwide and in Canada, Transfinder is dedicated to ensuring their clients have the best possible transportation experience. • You help us solve client problems by building out new software, features, updates/enhancements, bug fixes. • Promote an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, optimism, and dedication. • Interpret design specifications for development while offering opinions for improvements. • Provide estimates and regular updates as requested. • Develop applications to specification. • Troubleshoot and debug existing applications. • Create cross browser and mobile application code that maintains proper coding standards. • Create and maintain technical documentation. • Assist team members when appropriate. • Present work in a group setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3 years plus of development experience working with the Microsoft stack , Angular, C#, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Databases, Web, and Mobile Development Tools. • Strong collaborative and communication skills. • 5+ years’ experience in a full-stack role using C#, JavaScript, Angular, SQL Server (nice to have). • Experience working in an Agile-based SDLC (nice to have). • Keep current n new industry trends and best practices (nice to have). • Familiarity with ESRI or other GIS products is desired but not required (nice to have).
