📋 Description
• The Quality Assurance RN is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health services by monitoring, and evaluating clinical documentation and providing staff education. • This role involves reviewing and monitoring clinical documentation, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in home health care.
🎯 Requirements
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas. • BSN preferred. • OASIS certification is preferred. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role in home health, with at least 2 years of experience in home health care. • Strong understanding of home health care regulations, quality assurance processes, industry best practices, OASIS, Value Based Purchasing & Star Ratings. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
