Description

• Order Processing: Assist in the processing and management of customer orders. • Ensure accuracy in order entry and address any discrepancies. • Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve any transportation issues. • Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in logistics and transportation management systems. • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of shipping and operational documents. • Customer Service: Provide support to customer service teams in addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. • Problem Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges. • Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions. • Reporting: Generate and compile basic operational reports as required. • Contribute to the analysis of operational performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in logistics or a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is desirable.
