Description
• Lead 2 or more Scrum teams in Agile Scrum process. • Must have SAFe experience and led a Scrum team as a Scrum Master in an ART. • Mentor and coach teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process. • Ensure accountability and transparency in Scrum processes. • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and empower team commitment to delivery. • Monitor effectiveness of Scrum team processes and performance.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. • A minimum of four years’ experience working with and coaching Scrum teams. • A minimum of four years of relevant Information Technology experience. • Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale. • Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred. • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills. • Strong communication skills. • Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Confluence and Jira.
