📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC framework specifically tailored for AI systems and applications • Lead the design and execution of risk assessment methodologies to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks associated with AI deployment • Establish policies, procedures, and controls that ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies • Monitor regulatory developments related to AI governance and ensure our platform and client implementations remain compliant • Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to integrate GRC principles into our platform and service offerings • Build and lead a team of GRC professionals who will support our clients throughout their AI adoption journey • Create educational materials and training programs on AI governance best practices for both internal teams and clients • Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track GRC program effectiveness and provide insights to leadership • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders on AI governance matters • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI governance standards, frameworks, and regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred • 8+ years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position • Demonstrated experience implementing GRC programs in technology-focused organizations • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their associated risks and governance challenges • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework, AI Act (EU), and industry-specific requirements • Experience with GRC tools and technologies for risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex GRC concepts to diverse audiences • Strategic thinking ability with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful GRC initiatives • Team leadership experience with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or similar certifications are a plus
