🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the insurance or InsurTech industry. • Deep understanding of insurance laws, particularly in relation to E&S, Specialty lines, insurance filings and other complex products. • Extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment for the insurance industry, including state insurance departments, the NAIC (National Association of Insurance Commissioners), and other relevant regulatory bodies. • Proven ability to assess, manage, and mitigate risk at an organizational level. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts for non-regulatory teams and stakeholders. • Ability to think critically and make decisions that balance risk with business objectives.
