Description

• Drive troubleshooting of network infrastructure and services. • Collaborate with peers to identify potential issues in the network environment. • Provide input for technology recommendations and solutions to support business needs. • Identify and tackle infrastructure root causes using the RCA process. • Improve troubleshooting documentation with the Incident Response Team. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with ITIL processes and event management. • Strong technical aptitude to learn and deploy new infrastructure technologies. • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts in business terms. • Experience in analyzing root causes of significant system outages. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion. • Proficiency across Middleware technologies and automation tools. • Related Degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Previous hands-on experience in supporting complex workflows required.
