Description
• Report to Partnerships Director and work closely with team members • Convert web users into loyal customers by selling trips • Role involves both sales and customer service until team expansion • Master partner brands and convey their value and benefits • Help oversee key accounts and ensure accurate traveler and partner connectivity
Requirements
• 2+ years of travel oriented sales experience selling group tours ideally • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication • Possess a 'likable' personality; communicate clearly and build trust • Cultural familiarity to interact with target source markets - US/UK/AU • Must have a flexible schedule to maximize direct traveler engagement/bookings • Experienced with Google Workspace and CRM tools
