• Researching and prospecting beauty and wellness professionals in your geographic area, via phone, internet, CRM, social networks, but primarily through direct field visits. • Securing appointments and autonomously managing sales through to closure. • Updating our CRM database with all relevant information (we use Salesforce and will provide training on this tool). • Conducting competitive monitoring and providing field insights to enhance our sales and approach techniques. • Analyzing your performance with the goal of meeting or exceeding targets. • Lastly, teamwork is crucial to us, and you will play a key role in fostering and energizing the team!

Requirements

• Regardless of your degrees, we are primarily looking for a mindset! • You enjoy the entrepreneurial environment, have a strong team spirit, and thrive on challenges. • You already have initial experience in B2B field prospecting. • You are organized, methodical, and managing sales opportunities from creation to administrative closure does not intimidate you. You have a hunter's instinct and can adapt to a constantly changing environment. • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are very comfortable speaking French. • You are ambitious, and working towards achievable goals is a source of motivation for you. • Your good mood is contagious, and you remain positive in all circumstances! • Fluency in English would be a plus ;)
