Description

• Evaluate libraries, tools, and services for suitability • Own the implementation of stories and advanced cloud work for clients • Perform research and documentation for problems and potential solutions • Use frameworks and methodologies to qualify problems and potential jeopardies • Build on Cloud Native patterns, IoT back-ends, and serverless architectures • Ensure clear direction and efficient execution as a technical advocate • Augment and design support systems and response procedures • Hands-on involvement in development • Enforce standards for software development life cycle • Participate in cross-functional implementation teams • Prepare work for team members of varying experience levels • Contribute to internal IP and open source development • Engage with clients including presentations and education opportunities • Stay up to date on AWS cloud best practices • Share knowledge with team members and client teams • Write blog posts, do talks at community events, and assist with certifications • Occasional travel for stakeholder meetings, project kick-offs, and conferences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of general IT experience • 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services • 1+ year code-defined infrastructure experience • 1+ Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) experience • 3+ years of programming experience utilizing Python, Node.js, Typescript, GoLang, Java, C#, or other similar languages • Experience with Agile Project Management or other project management methodologies • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a secret security clearance (if working in Federal Practice area) • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) • AWS certifications (preferred) • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Federal/Government stakeholders (if working in Federal Practice area) • Intermediate experience with ATO strategies (if working in Federal Practice area)
