β’ Generate interest and build pipeline for Trella Health through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers within assigned territory or market β’ Build deep domain knowledge of our solutions and the industry to effectively communicate the overall value that Trella Health can bring to prospective customers β’ Utilize various methods to qualify prospective customer leads to achieve monthly quota for new qualified opportunities β’ Drive the beginning of the sales process by scheduling discovery calls and demos with prospects for the sales team β’ Meet or exceed daily activity expectations in a high volume environment of 40-50 calls and emails a day β’ Manage prospects into the sales funnel systematically and with a sense of urgency β’ Become a super user of Salesforce CRM and other sales tools and thoroughly document all sales activity including contacts, opportunities, etc. β’ Support the sales team with tasks that may be needed to drive the sales process for open opportunities β’ Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices β’ Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the BDR role to Business Development Leadership and Revenue β’ Enablement Incorporate marketing campaigns into regular cadences to increase pipeline generation (e.g. round tables, email campaigns, trade show activities, etc.) β’ Represent the company in an exemplary manner in all customer and prospect interactions with superior communication skills and responsiveness β’ At Trella Health, you can expect to join a welcoming team that truly embodies our core values. β’ Our collaborative culture is
