🎯 Requirements
• at least 5 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity. • proven track of delivering successful customer outcomes • ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders • deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain. • fluently speak French and English. • comfortable in both a business and technical context. • openness to giving and receiving feedback. • tolerance for failure and passion for making clients successful.
