• Als Allrounder:in in der Buchhaltung & Administration übernimmst du verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben rund um unsere internen Abläufe. • Buchhaltung (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater): Überprüfung und Zahlung von Rechnungen • Verwaltung und Ablage von Belegen • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Gehaltszahlungen • Kommunikation mit unserem Steuerberater • Ansprechpartner:in für Teammitglieder bei Fragen zu Abrechnungen • Verrechnung und Dokumentation von Überstunden • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder einer vergleichbaren administrativen Rolle • Verlässlichkeit und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – schriftlich wie mündlich • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. DATEV, Excel, etc.) • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
