Description

• You will work with various internal teams to resolve client and customer concerns, escalated issues, and serve as an ambassador for TreviPay. • Interact with business customers to resolve outstanding receivable issues. • Facilitate the execution of collections treatment schedule, to include calls, treatment emails, account suspension, and recovery placement • Make daily business to business collection calls

Requirements

• Bilingual - Fluent Spanish & English (Written & Verbal) • Excellent communicator, with a willingness to share your knowledge • Collections experience is preferred • Exceptional attention to detail is required • Experienced with Microsoft Excel • Effective written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently as well as within a team environment • 1 year of invoice and payment reconciling experience; preferably in a Business to Business setting including accounts receivable • Open to learning new processes and techniques • Strong negotiation skills under difficult circumstances • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Minimum of high school graduate preferred • Excellent customer service skills
