📋 Description

• Design, deploy, operate, and maintain resilient secure Cloud environments • Design Cloud-based system architectures that include Public and private Cloud technologies and services • Ensure architectures are in compliance with open systems standards as they apply to the client’s environment • Evaluate compatibility of information system development efforts with agency architectures and recommends adjustments • Evaluates problems of Cloud connectivity, Cloud platform architecture, workflow, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Strong experience in one or more architecture domains (e.g. business architecture, solutions architecture, application architecture) • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) • Experience working in the public cloud • Proven background working in cloud environments with experience and knowledge in 4 or more of the following areas: • Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban • Agile collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory) • CSPs including Azure, AWS, or OCI • Containerization and container management with Kubernetes and Helm • Security automation with tools such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) • Cyber tools - Aviatrix, Orca, Splunk, Amulous, STIG scanner • Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation • Git, branching strategies, GitFlow and/or GitHub Flow • Cloud high availability and scalability best practices and architectures • Ability to meet with customers to gather and understand business requirements • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing priorities • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Must be punctual, reliable, and accountable for themselves, with ability to follow through with tasks to completion
