Description

• Newly created remote position focused on graduation and economic inclusion initiatives. • Reports to the VP of Programs. • Develops, standardizes, and delivers training on economic inclusion. • Collaborates with field-based teams to address implementation challenges. • Works with business development to write, review, and vet proposals. • Ensures utilization of data through project implementation.

Requirements

• MA in a relevant field required. • Minimum of 10 years professional experience. • Experience implementing the graduation approach and/or economic inclusion programming. • Minimum 10 years in international development or livelihood development. • At least 7 years with international NGOs. • At least 5 years living and working in a developing country. • At least 7 years of program management experience. • Demonstrated networking in the humanitarian field preferred. • Ability to travel 40%.
