• Job Title: Marketplace Sales Manager (Global) • Location: Remote within Philippines • This role is responsible for leading and executing the entire sales process to engage suppliers (sellers) in the food and agriculture industry to join Tridge’s Marketplace platform. • You will drive Tridge’s revenue growth by delivering sales results and promoting the value of our services to find new growth opportunities. • If you consistently achieve exceptional sales performance, you will have the opportunity to advance your career into a leadership role, where you can build and lead your own local team. • Continuously monitor the latest trends in the food and agriculture industries to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management. • Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors). • Experience in people and team management and building high performing sales teams. • Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results. • Native speaker of Filipino with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders. • Strong relationship management skills. • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up. • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Strong business acumen, creative thinking and presentation skills. • Experience working in the tech industry. • Prior experience in online marketplaces. • Experience in channel partnership management. • Team Building or Team Management Experience.
