Description

• Trilogy Federal provides financial management, information technology (IT) consulting, program management services, and strategic consulting to federal agencies. • Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Programmer. • Extensive experience is required in web-based and client-server application development, process automation, and integration of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, specifically Service Now. • This role requires expertise in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and structured query language (SQL). • Focus on developing, modifying, and maintaining applications and scripts that enhance operational efficiency and meet user needs. • Ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in systems development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred). • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in programming applications and developing custom solutions. • Working experience with Service Now • Experience implementing and integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software • Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL. • Proven ability to plan, design, develop, and maintain web-based and client-server applications. • Experience with system analysis, design, and project management, with a detailed knowledge of application development and implementation. • Strong documentation skills, with experience documenting test conditions, analyzing test results, and troubleshooting application issues. • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C# • Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or React • Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
