Description
• oversee the carrier vetting process, evaluating and verifying credentials to ensure compliance with platform standards • collaborate with carriers to address questions or issues during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth transition • create and maintain company and user accounts within the backend system • maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and carrier compliance for internal reporting.
Requirements
• fluent knowledge of English language • supply chain / freight forwarding experience • logical and analytical thinking skills • excellent communication skills • fast technical comprehension • a high level of organisational skills, pro-activity, and reliability • very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Google Suite)
