Description

• We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee project teams, ensuring successful and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. • You’ll play a key role in steering the project from start to finish, handling change requests and improving processes to drive project success. • Our client is an international, US-headquartered company that drives connected commerce for the future of banking and retail, serving as an end-to-end provider of services, software, hardware, and security solutions. • Maintain project scope, act as quality control, and assist with disputes if necessary.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken. • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall. • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment • 2+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities. • Preferably based in Poland (European residency is a must).
