🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years as a Business/System Analyst or Product Owner in IT. • Ability to work with raw information to create requirements for developers. • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills. • Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers, and business. • Ensure strict adherence to Agile principles, specifically SAFe. • Effectively communicate with clients to manage expectations. • Strong desire to learn new technologies when needed. • Experience with Agile practices, Jira, or Azure DevOps tool. • General knowledge of web application structure and architecture types. • Interest and basic understanding of LLM or AI in general. • Advanced English. • Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market. • Interest in relevant technologies and tools like JSON, Postman, Swagger, etc. • Interest in the AI domain and a will to explore its capabilities. • Experience with CRM data enrichment projects. • Relevant IIBA/PMI certifications.
