• Drive sales of upskilling and employee assessment solutions in Europe, the U.S., and other English-speaking markets. • Prospect and generate leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking. • Create relationships with prospects and understand customer pain points. • Present and demonstrate the value of solutions. • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams. • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Follow up with existing clients for satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Native or near-native English proficiency is required (C1 Level). • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the corporate sector. • Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS is an advantage. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence decision-makers. • Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving measurable sales KPIs. • Existing network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus. • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
