• Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with a focus on mid-market accounts in LATAM. • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. • Sales Process Expertise: Strong foundation in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and a structured approach to the sales process. • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in navigating complex decision-making processes with experience engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders. • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize sales strategies. • Communication: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
