•Learn more about TriVista and how our inclusive, collaborative culture earned us a Great Place to Work Award. •TriVista Consultants collaborate with other members of the TriVista team on a variety of projects. •Digital & Technology projects can encompass supporting clients with M&A transactions, Business Enablement, Digital Transformation journeys, and ERP strategy. •Digital transformation projects usually takes 12+ months and incorporates data room analysis, site visits, and report generation. •TriVista Project Management Consultants may also be required to support operational projects including supply chain and continuous improvement engagements. •In addition, Project Management Consultants assist TriVista staff with a variety of internal operational activities including development of training materials, white papers, research, practice tools, and analysis support for projects. •TriVista’s Consultants represent the image and credibility of the firm. •Their roles require regular interface with clients that include Private Equity investors, boards of directors, and corporate level executive team members. •Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential. •Ability and willingness to undertake travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time is required.

Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience with exposure to large transformation projects •Prior experience operating as a Subject Matter Expert within a business setting •Familiarity with tier 1 ERP platforms preferred •Excellent analytical skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to clearly express ideas and recommendations to a broad spectrum of client employees •Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality •Accurate, detail oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities •Understanding and proficiency using the following software: MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
