📋 Description

• The Financial Operations Manager is primarily responsible for financial forecasting and reporting. • Key focus on managing operating expenses across the business to support business goals. • Partnering with management to drive financial best practices and optimize expense management and profitability. • Supports Treasury activities, including managing lender reporting and covenant compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, banking, corporate finance and/or treasury roles • At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience in a similar corporate work environment preferred • Self-motivated professional with exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics • Capable of working independently and managing time and projects efficiently • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners • Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality • Flexible and adaptable work style, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Demonstrated track record as a trusted business partner, driving insights, actions, and accountability across departments with a customer-focused attitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Skilled in change management and process improvement, with a creative approach to problem-solving • Experience in developing and presenting business plans, models, and financial forecasts to diverse audiences, from front-line management to leadership • Experience in Salesforce and ERP systems implementation is a plus.
