Description

• Responsible for closing accounts to achieve revenue growth • Develop and manage relationships with dealers • Act as liaison between dealer and TrueCar • Educate dealers on TrueCar products • Coordinate with cross-functional teams • Act as change agent for continuous improvement • Support team morale and positive energy • Record sales activity notes in Salesforce • Manage account receivables • Provide high-quality service with urgency • Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Proven success in retail sales in an automotive dealership environment • Experience in digital media advertising • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to identify, initiate, negotiate, and close deals • Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools • Understanding of client standards and requirements • Strong sales skills and ability to create interest in new products • Tech-savvy and ability to learn new software • Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time
