Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers • Conduct customer research and tailor value propositions • Translate customer pain points into persuasive proposals • Formulate effective pricing strategies • Oversee contract drafting and signing • Collaborate with marketing team on outbound lead generation • Serve as the primary advocate for the brand • Maintain productivity across different time zones • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities • Participate in major industry conferences

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales/business development experience in a blockchain project • Substantial experience in roles such as L1/L2 foundations, Developer Relations (DevRel), business development (BD), or B2B sales • Proven ability to negotiate complex deals with senior stakeholders • Demonstrated success in securing grants and closing commercial deals • Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Previous experience working within a crypto startup • Preferred proficiency in a second language, preferably Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish
