β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers β€’ Conduct customer research and tailor value propositions β€’ Translate customer pain points into persuasive proposals β€’ Formulate effective pricing strategies β€’ Oversee contract drafting and signing β€’ Collaborate with marketing team on outbound lead generation β€’ Serve as the primary advocate for the brand β€’ Maintain productivity across different time zones β€’ Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities β€’ Participate in major industry conferences

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of sales/business development experience in a blockchain project β€’ Substantial experience in roles such as L1/L2 foundations, Developer Relations (DevRel), business development (BD), or B2B sales β€’ Proven ability to negotiate complex deals with senior stakeholders β€’ Demonstrated success in securing grants and closing commercial deals β€’ Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences β€’ Previous experience working within a crypto startup β€’ Preferred proficiency in a second language, preferably Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish
