Description

• Inspect work performed by internal employees/subcontractors • Perform quality control of completed engineering projects • Perform inspections as per SOWs • Complete markups on hardcopies/digital media • Perform testing/inspection activities • Assist in developing inspection instructions and procedures • Develop project specific checklists and standards • Document inspection results in data sheets • Ensure timely completion of inspections • Organize and secure inspection records • Work in accordance with quality system procedures • Provide feedback and training to employees/subcontractors • Generate metric reporting to Project Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Associate’s degree preferred • 2+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications, construction, or utilities • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation required • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills • Efficient use of a Windows-based computer • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and timely • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills • Able to work alone and with a team • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
