β’ 2-5 years of experience in community management preferred. β’ Additional experience in social media, paid media, and other areas of marketing is a plus. β’ Professional experience using enterprise publishing and listening tools. β’ Proficient in Sprinklr is a significant plus. β’ Comfortable with flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. β’ Detail-oriented, organized, caring, innovative, communicative, and data-driven. β’ Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills, both written and verbal. β’ Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively collaborate and engage. β’ Quick learner, always looking to embrace and master new technologies. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
