•Balance business, technology and design priorities for product experiences •Work with Product Owner to define details for Agile delivery •Develop and maintain a strategic delivery roadmap •Analyze data, solve problems, and collaborate with delivery teams •Research and analyze target client segments and market trends •Champion the business vision across the company •Collaborate with partners to define product vision and roadmap •Write epics and features to support defined roadmap •Develop feature backlog roadmap including discovery and usability studies •Ensure compliance with Product Management Lifecycle processes •Attend Agile ceremonies and mentor other Product Managers
•Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent experience •Ten or more years of banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience •Five or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience •Five or more years of leading cross functional teams •Previous experience working as a Product Manager •Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution •Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership based programs •Experience defining and delivering large-scale online initiatives •Proven ability to use data analytics, research and testing methodologies •Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority •Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment •Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions •Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation •Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership based programs •Experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills & the creation of executive-level presentations
