• Manage CIT and ATM companies’ (set up new users, reset passwords for retail staff, evaluate current/future state for weekly cash drop needs, maintain ATM cash levels & re-evaluate retail store levels of current safe cash) • Initiate payments and notify authorized signers when payments are ready to be approved; recommend to the Treasury Manager/Director Shared Services when internal transfers between bank and bank accounts are required in order to ensure the accounts are fully funded to cover all payments issued. • Manage Treasury/Retail inventory database which includes keeping up to date information (banks, CITs, ATMs) for each location and legal entities related to Treasury operations and customer service. • Manage Cash in Transit and timely escalate delays in how timely the funds get deposited in our bank accounts. • Consolidated cash flow, transfers, payments, investments, and cash projections and forecast model. • Analyze effectiveness of various payment programs including ACH, Cashless platforms, gift cards, debit applications and make recommendations for changes to third party providers. • Collaborate with the Treasury manager to maintain bank account database at an extremely detailed level to include all facets related to bank accounts, online banking, entitlements, and security features. • Manage the company’s credit cards • Manage the implementation and follow workflow procedures, narratives and policies and procedures. • Manage testing and reporting on new products executed by the company. • Collaborating with Treasury Manager and Accounting for SOX compliance and testing. • Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. • Work independently be able to make key decisions regarding safety and escalation of issues. • Create monthly timely reports: Bank fees, Rebates, Interest revenue and interest expense. • Collaborate with the accounting departments to ensure all cash, cash in transit, bank fees, interest expense and interest revenue, merchant service fees, rebates and other items are recorded correctly and timely. • Provide weekly Cash discrepancies reports to Retail Ops/General Managers • Other duties assigned by the direct manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required. • 5 years in Corporate Finance, Treasury within mid-size to large public companies preferred. • High level of emotional intelligence and be able to work under strict deadlines. • Able to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate potentially complex • In-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own subject area. • Experience working with both internal and external auditors. • Demonstrated success working both individually and within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to work effectively cross-functionally. • SAP and NAV experience • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office and analytical reporting tools (Proficiency in Excel) • Self-starter and able to quickly learn new responsibilities and the ability to work independently. • High attention to detail required.
