Description
• Lead and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans and cases for software projects. • Create and maintain testing documentation and provide actionable feedback, through the creation of bug tickets, to the development team. • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, promoting continuous improvement. • Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software reliability and functionality. • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance. • Conduct performance and load testing to assess application scalability and stability. • Participate in stand-ups, sprint plannings, retrospectives, and demos with coworkers and clients. • Attend tech meetups, conferences and write blog posts.
Requirements
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience. • Proficiency in manual testing and experience with test automation tools. • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and Agile/Scrum. • Ability to lead a QA team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. • Ability to work full time from any of the time zones in the Americas.
