• Kenntnis der Partner IT-Lösungen und deren Funktionalitäten und wie diese angepasst oder konfiguriert werden können • Beratung unserer Kunden zur Installation, zum Betrieb und der Anpassung von Partner IT-Lösungen rund um die Themen (EAM/ITSM/BPA) • Durchführung von Anforderungsworkshops mit Kunden • Finden von Antworten zur Anforderungsrealisierung mit den Partner IT-Lösungsfunktionalitäten oder durch deren Anpassungen bzw. Konfiguration • Dokumentation der Lösungskonzepte mittels Spezifikationen • Umsetzung, Qualitätssicherung, Dokumentation und Übergabe der Lösungen an den Kunden
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift • konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten • analytisches Denkvermögen • Kommunikationsgeschick • Flexibilität • Mobilität/Reisebereitschaft • Sozialkompetenz • Begeisterungsfähigkeit • kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erste Praxiserfahrungen: in der Integration von Software zur Unterstützung von Enterprise Architecture Management, Geschäftsprozessmanagement, IT-Service-Management oder anderen Themen • fundierte Programmiererfahrung in den folgenden Technologien sind von Vorteil: IdP, SAML2, Zertifikatsmanagement, Objektorientierung, Java, JavaScript, SQL, UML, HTML, CSS, MS Office, MS SQL Server, MS IIS, GraphQL • Kenntnisse mit Rest-API Schnittstellen im Projektmanagement bei Software und Beratungsprojekten bei der Erstellung von Lasten-, Pflichtenheften und Testfällen
