• TrustedHousesitters is a global pet care travel exchange focused on connecting pet owners with sitters. • We're seeking a Director of Product, Customer Acquisition & Growth to drive customer strategy. • The role requires experience in product management with a focus on customer acquisition and growth strategies. • The company retains a HQ in Brighton for collaborative working and in-person meet-ups.
• 8-10+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on SEO, growth channels, and customer onboarding in a top business-to-consumer (B2C) growth company. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO and CRM strategies in international markets. • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviour, with experience improving user experience and customer journeys that lead to conversion and activation. • Experience working with cross-functional acquisition and growth teams in a fast-paced, well known B2C global company. • Strong understanding of growth marketing techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and funnel optimisation. • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. • Strong analytical skills and data proficiency. Experience with MarTech and ProdTech including Amplitude, Mode, Braze, and Google Analytics. • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams/squads and managing multiple initiatives. • Product-Led Growth: Experience working in or directing product-led growth initiatives. • Proven ability to line manage and mentor product managers, guiding them to success while fostering their professional growth.
