β’ 7+ years working with Brand & Agency clients in the UK and ideally other key markets in EMEA β’ Proven sales experience in video licensing, media sales, or a related field, preferably with brands like Shutterstock, Getty, Pond5, or similar companies β’ Strong background in UGC, its benefits, challenges, etc. β’ Strong understanding of licensing models, creative media industries, and client needs β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills β’ Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment β’ A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously β’ Experience working with internal systems (Salesforce) to track sales activities and performance β’ Ability to travel regularly to meet clients and to attend events β’ Start-up experience, knowledge of video content trends and creative workflows is a plus β’ Strong network in the advertising, creative agency, or media production industries is highly desirable
