Drive adoption by creating a product they can’t resist. You’ll analyze user behavior, identify friction, and design solutions that make their workflows seamless, drive huge value, and create raving fans of a product they can’t live without. • We are an open organization and welcome honest feedback from our employees.

Requirements

• 7+ years proven experience in product management, program management, or related roles throughout the product/engineering organization • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, ability to prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in a dynamic environment • Experience delivering engaging, intuitive, and valuable user experiences • Experience optimizing first time user experience and increasing DAUs/WAUs • Experience implementing Product-Led Growth initiatives that have proven successful • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience with product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and product analytic tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform market research, and make data-driven decisions • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Mortgage, banking, and/or real estate experience is a plus
