Description

• Support the Banking Partnerships team in our bank relationships and day-to-day activities by assisting with completing bank questionnaires, feedback documents, bank account openings forms, and other documents and inquiries from Trustly NAs Banking Partners. • You will be responsible for preparing company information, slide decks, and monthly reports for internal and external use, and participate in integration projects for new banking products and services. • You will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams and stakeholders to gather the required information for the necessary follow-ups, schedule calls, and assist with escalations when necessary to move the relationship forward.

Requirements

• Fluent English • Experience in industry and banking, such as customer service; and/or Project management experience is a plus • A service-minded individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates good communication skills, and a can-do attitude, with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, fostering positive relationships.
