🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years (ideally 15+ years) of experience in software development, including a minimum of 5 years as a Senior Backend Engineer. • Proven track record in managing complex integration scenarios. • Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js (TypeScript). • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP; comfortable working with complex or proprietary APIs. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), basic understanding of Kubernetes, and experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Background in event-driven and batch-driven architectures, data processing, and observability (monitoring/logging). • Familiarity with Google ads/Meta ads and similar APIs is a plus. • High level of motivation, attention to quality, and strong analytical skills. • Team-player mindset with the ability to technically lead and inspire others. • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), enabling effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
